"We looked at fourteen buildings across the Peak, Mid-Levels, and Repulse Bay before signing here. Nothing matched the balance of location, silence, and service."

Four distinct configurations, each shaped by how residents actually live rather than by arbitrary square-footage tiers.

Your journey from enquiry to keys

We have stripped the leasing process down to five clear stages. No hidden steps, no last-minute surprises.

Stage one

Initial conversation

A fifteen-minute call with our leasing advisor to understand your requirements — timeline, household size, budget range, and any non-negotiable features. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

Stage two

Curated shortlist

Within 48 hours, you receive a private link to a shortlist of available units matching your criteria, complete with floor plans, current photographs, and a transparent fee breakdown.

Stage three

Private viewing

Visit at a time that suits you — evenings and weekends included. Viewings are always one-on-one; we never run open-house events. Bring your partner, your interior designer, or your feng shui consultant.

Stage four

Agreement and onboarding

Our legal team prepares a tenancy agreement in plain English. Deposit, rent, and service charges are itemised line by line. Onboarding includes key handover, a building orientation walk, and introduction to your concierge contact.

Stage five

Move-in and settle

We coordinate with your moving company, arrange lift reservations, and ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned the morning of your arrival. A welcome hamper with local favourites is waiting inside.

What living here actually feels like

Wan Chai is not the district most expats consider first. That is precisely why our residents chose it. The neighbourhood rewards curiosity — a Dai Pai Dong serving the best wonton noodles in the city sits two blocks from a Scandinavian-inspired coffee roaster. Heritage temples share streets with contemporary art galleries.

Inside the building, life is deliberately calm. Sound-insulated walls, triple-glazed windows facing the main road, and a lobby designed to absorb noise rather than amplify it. Residents tell us the first thing they notice when they step inside is the silence.

"I work from home three days a week. The acoustic insulation alone justified the rent." — Current resident, two-bedroom family unit

Questions residents asked before signing

Can I furnish the apartment myself instead of using the included furnishings?
Yes. We offer both fully furnished and shell configurations. If you choose the shell option, we provide a list of approved contractors who have worked in the building before and understand our wall-mounting and flooring guidelines. The monthly rate adjusts accordingly.
Is there a pet policy?
Dogs and cats are welcome in all unit types. We ask that pets use the service lift and that dogs are leashed in common areas. A refundable pet deposit of HKD 15,000 applies. We also maintain a list of nearby veterinary clinics and dog-walking services.
What happens if I need to break my lease early?
All leases longer than six months include a diplomatic clause activated by verifiable relocation. For other early terminations, a two-month notice period and a modest break fee apply. The exact terms are spelled out in plain language in your tenancy agreement — no fine print.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Report any issue via the concierge desk, WhatsApp, or our resident portal. Urgent matters — water leaks, electrical faults, lock failures — are attended within one hour. Routine requests such as appliance servicing or lightbulb replacement are completed within four working hours. We keep a full-time building engineer on site during weekdays.
